    Volunteers in Napa classrooms provide child assault prevention workshops for children, parents, and teachers.

  • Senior Services
    Case management for low-income seniors living in their own home; also information and referral services and volunteer visiting programs.

  • Sexual Assault Victim Services
    Service to help victims of sexual assault in Napa County. Includes a 24-hour volunteer response hotline, crisis intervention, hospital and court support and accompaniment and referrals to therapy

  • Victim/Witness Services
    Service for victims of violent crime that providing advocacy for victims in the criminal justice system, court accompaniment, information and referrals, and assistance filing for state compensation.

  • Disaster Relief and Recovery
    Coordination of convergent volunteers during a disaster, as well as, coordination of local Citizen Corps Council.

  • Vintage High Peer Support
    Peer counseling and community service program at local high school.

  • Taboo Tattoo
    Tattoo removal for teens leaving gangs. Teens are connected with opportunities to give back to the community through volunteerism.

  • Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA)
    Provides screened and trained volunteers to advocate on behalf of children who are dependents of the court.

  • Elder Abuse Prevention Program
    Staff and trained volunteers reach out to seniors who are victims of fiduciary, physical and mental abuse.

  • Caregiver Referral
    Registry list of screened individuals available to provide caregiving services to Napa seniors.

Annual Special Events:

  • Appeal Letter
    Letter mailed every November and May to members of the community describing the Center's programs, yearly statistics, etc.

  • Volunteer Recognition Luncheon - September

  • Holiday For Seniors
    Annual event connecting community volunteers with seniors who are alone or who have critical needs during the holidays. Volunteers purchase gifts, food gift certificates, do home visits, sing carols, etc.

  • “Fun” Raiser
    Event benefiting Volunteer Center held at Napa’s Friday Night Downtown Chef’s Market in June.

  • Masquerade Ball
    Black tie and costume event at V. Sattui Winery in St. Helena.
