Court Referral
As a direct court order or an alternative to
court-ordered fines and/or incarceration for
misdemeanor offenses,
the Court assigns clients to give a number
of supervised hours of community service. The
program provides
millions of dollars worth of work to the state,
county and local governments, saving taxpayer
dollars. This can be a positive experience
for the client,
through the opportunity to help others; and
the nonprofit organization, by receiving the
services
of a much needed volunteer.

Project Impact
Project Impact is one of the few projects that
has a complete impact on the family life and
life within the community. Rather than incarcerate
a juvenile that has made their first mistake,
Project Impact intervenes by developing a curriculum
based upon family, community, controlling anger,
working with authority and developing self esteem.
Volunteer mentors are assigned to the offended
and the offender must successfully graduate from
the ten-week program. By and through our volunteer
assigned “Crisis Intervention Counselors” juveniles
interact with authority and their parents or
legal guardians and commit to attend the extensive
community rebuilding program. Everyone wins.
No legal fees, no court fees, no jail fees assessed
to the cities. “One more given a second
chance to live.”
This program is endorsed by educators, sociologists,
community leaders, law enforcement, probation
and the court system. It is this program that
invests in a child’s future and a project
that has a positive impact upon and within our
community.
